2018 Pakistan Presidential Election Information&Results -Offical Results Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf ( Pakistan Movement for Justice- which is lead by Imran Khan ) 's candidate Arif Alvi won the election over Fazal ur-Rehman from Jamiat Ulema-e Islam (F) ( Assembly of Islamic Clerics) by 168 Electoral Votes with 100% of the votes are in. Pakisan People's Party 's Aitzaz Ahsan came third . - Preliminary result -Turnout According to the official results , 660 out of 679 E.C.s voted , so the turnout was 97.20% . - Electoral System Pakistan elects their President by Electoral College's vote.
