Introduction

There was a huge demonstration or protest throughout early-March for opposing dictatorship, which was first held in decades. Maybe because of this kind of strong democracy-wanting of Kazakhstan people, thirty-years-ruling president Nursultan Nazarbayev surprisingly announced his resignation on March 19th of 2019 but also noted that he'll remain as Security Council Chairman - the status gave to him by government ministers for hole life. This means Mr. Nazarbayev will probably retain his charge for serving as BACKGROUND Nation Head.
On the next day, senate chairman Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was sworn in as Acting-President. However, his first act was to changing the capital's name from Astana to Nur-Sultan - which contains the respect for the former president - not meeting with the people of the country. That renaming made some earthquake in Kazakhstan Society, and since then, the protests for regaining democracy started.
Later, a snap presidential election was called on June 9th, one year before the original plan. In reference, the Kazakh President is elected through-out two-round system if the first-placed candidate fails to get over half of the valid votes nationally. However, this electoral system seemed to be useless every-single previous elections because obviously Nursultan Nazarbayev got around 90% of the votes or more in every presidential elections.
